Sending your list straight to your Whole Foods cart

Retyping a shopping list into a retailer’s app is the most tedious part of grocery shopping. Guava’s cart handoff (via a Chrome extension acting in your own signed-in session) skips that step — here’s what it does and doesn’t do.

  1. You finish your shopping list in Guava.

Ingredients from your meal plan, plus anything you added by hand, land on one shared list.

  2. The extension matches items to products.

Each list item is matched to a specific Whole Foods product — common items come with a suggested pick already made.

  3. It adds them to your cart, not your order.

The extension acts inside your own signed-in browser session to add items to the cart. It never places an order or enters payment details.

  4. You review the cart yourself.

Substitutions, quantities, and prices are yours to check before you check out — Guava doesn’t see or touch payment information.
